Meet Elle
Eldest (and only) daughter in a family of wrestling brothers, Elle learned early how to hold her own—with equal parts grit, grace, and get-it-done energy. Naturally diplomatic and deeply organized, she found her way into Hospitality bookkeeping through a broader journey in finance and a lifelong passion for service.
Elle moved to Bozeman in 2015 and quickly found her footing in the local business scene through a banking career. A graduate of the Bozeman Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Bozeman program and an active volunteer with Prospera’s committees, she became a familiar face in the region’s professional network.
When the world shifted in 2020, so did Elle—geographically and professionally. She headed south and deepened her expertise by working remotely with restaurateurs in Austin’s dynamic food scene, as well as clients across the country.
In 2024, Elle launched White Apron—the culmination of her journey through hospitality and her drive to serve up financial clarity with a side of Montana charm. Backed by a network of industry insiders, award-winning operators, and genuinely great humans, Elle is on a mission to empower hospitality leaders with sharp, insightful financials.
