Meet Elle
As the eldest (and only) daughter in a family of wrestlers, Elle learned early how to hold her own—combining grit, grace, and a get-it-done spirit. Naturally diplomatic and highly organized, she discovered her niche in hospitality bookkeeping through a broader career in finance and a lifelong passion for service.
Elle relocated to Bozeman in 2015, where she quickly built connections in the local business community through her banking career. A graduate of the Bozeman Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Bozeman program and an active volunteer with Prospera committees, she became a recognized presence in the region’s professional network.
When the world shifted in 2020, Elle did too. Shifting her focus south, she expanded her expertise by partnering remotely with restaurateurs in Austin’s dynamic food scene, while also serving clients across the country.
In 2024, she founded White Apron—the culmination of her journey in hospitality and her commitment to bringing financial clarity with a touch of Montana hospitality. Backed by a trusted network of industry professionals, award-winning operators, and dedicated peers, Elle now empowers hospitality leaders with clear, actionable financial insights.
